Our guaranteed shipments will be made through Fed Ex. By requesting a different carrier our guarantee for live arrival will be voided. The reason for this is because we have had bad experiences with the other carriers in our area. We will guarantee live arrival when ship within temperatures 45-80 degrees. We will do our best to have shipments delivered next morning by 10:30am. We withhold the right to refuse a shipment of a gecko(s) due to extreme weather until conditions are suitable for safe shipping.

* A signature is required.

*If you are not present during the first attempt for delivery, all guarantee's are void.

*If a gecko is injured or dead on arrival we must receive a phone call within one hour of delivery. If no one is available to receive your call a message must be left stating your name, a phone number and a statement about the problem.

During the event that all standards have been met and a gecko is injured or DOA we will refund a full payment as well as shipment charges.

We will put a/or gecko(s) on hold with a payment of 30% of the total price. We will put the gecko(s) on hold for 7 days (unless something else has been worked out). All deposits are nonrefundable. No geckos will be shipped before payment has cleared. We will notify you as soon as payment has cleared.

After a payment has been accepted sales are final. No refunds. However you may transfer that payment to another gecko of equal or lesser value, a greater value would entitle the purchaser to pay the remainder.

Some of the species of geckos we raise here change color due to environment or temperament. Some juveniles will change color quite a bit during their first year. Because of this we cannot guarantee their adult colors. We will do our best to accurately represent our geckos.

Unless stated in the ad that the juvenile gecko is male or female we cannot guarantee the sex of a gecko.

Our methods of payment are Postal Money Orders or Paypal.
